We're a new club and are so glad you want to be part of our inaugural season! We're keeping this first season small and simple.
We will play eight Thursdays in September and October (no practice October 15) beginning September 3. Our practices will take place at the YWCO on Research Dr.
The fee below is for an 8 week season and includes one jersey and an individual player evaluation.
Little kids will practice 5:30 until 6:15. ($100, maximum 20 players)
Older kids will practice 6:15 until 7:30. ($135, maximum 30 players)
There is a $20 discount for each additional player from the same family.

I hereby consent to my child’s participation in the EL Futbol Club activities and training sessions, and understand that these activities may include, but are not limited to, the following: stretching, running, jumping, kicking, throwing, and bodily contact with other players and with athletic equipment.
I understand that my child’s participation in the aforementioned activities may expose my child to risks of bodily or personal injury, including injury that may be fatal, and any one or more of the following: injury from slipping, tripping and falls; sickness; foreseen and unforeseen inclement weather; cuts; abrasions and puncture wounds, broken bones; injury from uneven terrain on the fields; injury from contact with other players and from contact with athletic equipment; muscle strains and sprains; concussions; and heart attack. In addition, I understand that my child may be exposed to other risks which may not be foreseeable.
I have been informed by reading the policies posted on EL Futbol Club’s website online and understand that there are inherent risks and dangers involved in this activity. I knowingly and freely assume, on behalf of my child, any and all such risks and voluntarily participate in this activity. I understand that it is my responsibility, as the participant’s parent, to allow my child to engage only in those activities which are appropriate.
I further covenant and agree that for the consideration stated above, I will hold forever harmless and will not take legal action against EL Futbol Club, its members individually, and their officers, agents, sponsors, coaches and employees for any claim for damages arising or growing out of my child’s participation in this program whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I certify that I am the parent/legal guardian for this child. This consent is given freely and voluntarily by the undersigned without coercion, duress, threat or promise of any kind. I certify that I understand and have read the information on the first page and the information above carefully before signing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby agree to release, waive, hold harmless and indemnify EL Futbol Club, its agents, contractors and sponsors, against any claim by or on behalf of the player named above as a result of the player’s participation in EL Futbol programs.

Treat all coaches, players, officials, and opponents with respect.

Value the opinions of coaches without inappropriately interfering with decisions or operations.

Encourage all players to follow all safety rules and instructions from coaches and staff.

Create a safe space for all players, and not tolerate any form of abuse and harassment, whether verbal, physical, emotional, or sexual.

Advocate on behalf of their child to ensure the facilities, equipment, and resources provided meet appropriate safety standards.

I give my consent for a nurse, licensed medical doctor, or dentist to provide my child with medical assistance or treatment in an emergency. I agree to be financially responsible for the reasonable cost of any such assistance or treatment.

I hereby give my consent, on my own behalf or on behalf of my child or guardian, as applicable, to have a coach, team manager, emergency medical technician, physician, nurse, dentist, or other healthcare professional and, in each case, their associated personnel provide the player identified above with medical assistance and/or treatment and agree to be financially responsible for the cost of such assistance and/or treatment.

I hereby authorize emergency transportation of the player, at player or parent/guardian’s expense, to a healthcare facility should an individual listed above consider it to be warranted.

I acknowledge and understand that certain risks of injury (including, but not limited to, concussions, other serious bodily injury or death) are inherent in playing soccer. These types of injuries may result from the player’s actions, the actions or inactions of others, or a combination of both. In signing below,

I certify that the player received all necessary medical clearances to participate fully in all soccer without restriction or condition.
Sexual Abuse Prevention and Concussion Protocol
El Futbol Club follows the US Soccer’s Safeguarding Hub for sexual abuse prevention. In addition, all coaches will have completed US Soccer’s SafeSport Training. This training includes sexual abuse prevention and concussion protocols.
Anti-Bullying
El Futbol Club coaches have been trained on the US Center for SafeSports’ Anti-Bullying information and strategies for preventing bullying.
