Our Practice Philosophy

We believe soccer practice should be the highlight of every player's week! We focus on growth through engagement and by practicing like it's a game.

Improve Decision Making: Players must learn to make their own decisions through trial and error.  We create chances for those decisions to be made and reflect on them in the moment.

Lots of Touches: Individual ball mastery is key. We ensure every player gets maximum time with the ball at their feet in a high-energy setting.

Emphasis on Play: We learn through doing. A significant portion of every session is dedicated to game-like situations to develop creativity and ownership.

Soccer Knowledge: Each practice focuses on a specific phase of the game, with players learning individual and team actions to successfully attack, defend, or transition between the phases.

Healthy Competition: Friendly challenges are built directly into our drills to build confidence, teamwork and motivation.

Here's what we don't do: Isolated technical skill development or any drills with a coach participating as a player.

Club Structure

For our first season (Fall 2026) we will provide weekly soccer sessions for two age groups. All sessions are held on the same day for girls and boys, making it a great option for families with multiple children playing soccer.

Little kids ( Pre-K through first grade or second grade) practice 5:30 until 6:15.
Older kids ( 2nd to 7th or 8th) practice 6:15 until 7:30.

Little Kids

The little kids program is for the younger players who are new to soccer.  Kids should want to be on the field and willing to follow simple directions. Every player will kick the ball hundreds of times in a practice while learning the rules of soccer. Players will be encouraged to work hard and celebrated for their effort.

Older Kids

The older kids program focuses on building and enhancing core soccer skills. Coaches will emphasize individual decision-making, understanding the phases of the game, and strategic team play. Practices will challenge players through competition while facilitating experiences and fostering a positive team environment. Players will be taught about being  coachable and being a good teammate.
