Our Practice Philosophy

We believe soccer practice should be the highlight of every player's week! We focus on growth through engagement and by practicing like it's a game.

Improve Decision Making: Players must learn to make their own decisions through trial and error.  We create chances for those decisions to be made and reflect on them in the moment.

Lots of Touches: Individual ball mastery is key. We ensure every player gets maximum time with the ball at their feet in a high-energy setting.

Emphasis on Play: We learn through doing. A significant portion of every session is dedicated to game-like situations to develop creativity and ownership.

Soccer Knowledge: Each practice focuses on a specific phase of the game, with players learning individual and team actions to successfully attack, defend, or transition between the phases.

Healthy Competition: Friendly challenges are built directly into our drills to build confidence, teamwork and motivation.

Here's what we don't do: Isolated technical skill development or any drills with a coach participating as a player.

Club Structure

For our first season (Fall 2026) we will provide weekly sessions for three age groups. All sessions are held on the same day for girls and boys, making it a great option for families with multiple children playing soccer.

The first four weeks players will practice in their age group, with coaches working with small groups. All practices will end with a scrimmage to implement what we've learned in practice.

Teams will be formed after the fourth week and games will be played every other week beginning the fifth week, for a total of three or four games.

Little kids (typically Pre-K through first grade) practice 5:15 until 6.
Elementary (typically 2nd to 5th) practice 6 until 7:15.
Middle school (option for fifth graders as well) will practice 7:15 until 8:30.

Little Kids

The little kids program is for the youngest elementary age players who want to be on the field and play. Every player will kick the ball hundreds of times in a practice while learning the rules of soccer. Players will be encouraged to work hard and celebrated for their effort.

Elementary

The elementary program focuses on building and enhancing core soccer skills for players 2nd through 4th/5th grade. Coaches will emphasize individual decision making, understanding the phases of the game, and strategic team play. Practices will challenge players through competition while facilitating experiences and fostering a positive team environment.

Middle School

The Middle School program  builds confidence in players who are interested in playing with their friends or on their school team. Practices will be devoted to tactical game awareness and teamwork. Every practice will include plenty of small sided games and encourage players to be coachable and a good teammate.
