EL Futbol Club is seeking passionate youth coaches to join our developmental team. Help us build skills and leadership on the pitch.
Our coaches are paid hourly for one evening a week. We are looking for coaches willing to work with all ages. Coaches should bring a strong soccer background and be "coachable." They should be ready to follow practice plans and implement them with fidelity, while exercising creativity and connecting with players.
We are looking for anyone over the age of 16, women and men, who can commit to one evening a week from August until November in Fall 2026.
Coach Expectations
Weekly Commitment
Lead sessions one night a week, offering a manageable and consistent schedule for all our facilitator coaches.
Flexibility
Opportunities to coach across all youth divisions, from our youngest Pre-K players to 8th-grade teams.
Soccer Experience
Candidates must possess a soccer background to provide technical guidance and effective feedback during sessions.
Mentorship
We value coaches who genuinely enjoy working with kids and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for growth.
Certification
All coaches are expected to complete a Grassroots course through Georgia Soccer to align with league standards.
